Products
We supply charred timber fascia/cladding, decking and fencing boards.

Due to the nature of wood as a natural material, the following variations are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects:

• Colour
• Texture
• Grain
• Minor cracks or surface changes

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully received and confirmation email is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

Bespoke Products
Products manufactured according to customer selected options are classified as bespoke or custom-made goods.

For products manufactured according to this method, the following applies to dimensions, finish, colour and quantity:

By placing such an order, you acknowledge that production begins shortly after payment confirmation.
Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Products manufactured to customer specifications are generally non-returnable and consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Examples include:

Cut-to-length timber
Custom finishes
Special order products

Delivery
Delivery is available throughout mainland United Kingdom.

Due to size and weight, delivery is made via pallet freight and customers should make suitable allowances for this type of delivery.

Delivery is kerbside only and arrangements for mechanical offload are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

The customer is responsible for the following:

• Ensuring safe vehicle access
• Being present at delivery
• Inspecting goods upon arrival
• Signing for goods

Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Consumers have 14 days to cancel standard product orders (non-custom made) purchased online. This right does NOT apply to: custom/bespoke orders. Therefore, this order type is non-cancellable once production has commenced.

Returns
If the product is standard stock i.e. not produced to a bespoke/custom order:

• Cancellation is allowed within 14 days of delivery
• Goods must be unused and in resalable condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund excludes original delivery charges
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty or damaged, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, may be returned and we will provide a full refund if the materials are:

• Not as described at the point of sale
• Of unsatisfactory quality
• Not fit for purpose
• Notification has been made to us within 48 hours
• Photographic evidence has been provided

Replacement and repair should also be considered, along with the option for a partial refund.

IMPORTANT CAVEAT: natural wood variation is not considered a defect.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Installation errors
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling or misuse

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including:

• Transport disruptions
• Material shortages
• Natural events

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
