Order Processing
All orders are required to be paid in full at checkout and order details are confirmed once payment is successfully received.

For bespoke/custom made products, production begins within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated production time: 3-4 weeks.

Delivery Time
If products are in stock and available from our UK warehouse, despatch will be made within 5 working days.

For bespoke/custom orders: please allow 3–4 weeks for production. A projected delivery date will be indicated at the point of order.

Delivery Area
We deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom (England, Scotland & Wales).

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and other offshore areas may incur additional charges.

Delivery Method
Due to the size and weight of timber boards, delivery is made via pallet freight service. Delivery is also ‘kerbside only’.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access for delivery vehicle
• Being present at the delivery address
• Inspecting goods upon arrival
• Signing for all ordered goods as safely received

Failure to fulfil any of the above, may incur re-delivery charges.
